Job Description
Senior Recruiting Associates utilize a variety of resources and outside-the-box thinking to recruit and connect the most qualified candidates for our client’s unique expert witness engagement needs, which will vary case by case. In their search, Senior Recruiting Associates will consider a variety of factors from location, to qualifications, to personality traits that may lend well to a specific litigation matter. No two projects are ever the same and as a result, you must be insightful, motivated and eager to pair our clients with a perfect expert witness for all projects. This position reports to the Recruiting Manager.
Responsibilities:
Researching, identifying, and recruiting expert witnesses for our attorney clients
Perform intakes and understand each aspect of the client’s needs, including case theory, desired expert background, geography, industry tenure, and project timeframe
Work with experts and follow up with clients to ensure expert delivery is within the client’s time frame
Review and approve Analysts shares for quality and accuracy prior to sharing with the client
Assist in team development by training and mentoring new hires
Act as a team player in aspects of your duties, acting in the best interest of your team, the company, and our clients
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to build and develop strong relationships with clients and subject matter experts
Excellent communication and listening skills
A positive, team player attitude
Willingness to go above and beyond, strong work-ethic
Ability to learn complex material and excellent critical thinking skills
