The Role:

The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background supporting various lines of businesses at either a tech startup or a successful technology company. You should have a strong understanding of best practices, successfully partner with multiple Hiring Managers, experience bringing in senior-level talent, and demonstrated ability to build out creative recruitment strategies.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will execute on all aspects of DailyPay’s full-cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to: 

  • Execute full life-cycle recruitment processes for open externally sourced or internal/external sourced positions 

  • Provide high-touch candidate and hiring manager experiences; partnering closely with Total Rewards team to create and implement competitive offer packages

  • Build strong collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and their teams, advising/consulting on issues to provide high quality support end-to-end

  • Champion DEI efforts within the TA space, ensuring diverse candidate slates and expanding possibilities to enable diversity of thought and perspective in hiring well-rounded teams

  • Develop strong partnerships with Business Partners, Total Rewards and Talent team members to deliver holistic approach to overall employee experience starting with talent acquisition

  • Ensure recruitment practices follow business/legal norms within different locations

  • Continually evaluate and seek approaches to improve candidate experience

  • Partner with team to deliver reporting metrics 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3+ years recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated recruiting success in growing organization 
  • Broad range of recruiting and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication
  • Must be a proven self-starter and be able to effectively manage multiple projects 
  • Must have the highest level of personal integrity, value the contribution of others and have a significant commitment to achieve outstanding results
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 
  • Prior experience with the Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter or CareerBuilder 
  • Will need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
