We have an open position on our recruiting team for a Senior Recruiter . ( remote)

This position will handle the full life cycle recruiting for our sales function for the Water Quality Platform operating companies in the US and Canada. These roles include Regional Sales and Account Managers, Sales Support Specialists, Pricing Analysts, Inside Sales Account Managers, and Inbound Quote Specialists to name a few. These revenue generating roles work in a variety of industries including industrial, municipal and commercial. Requisition loads vary but typically are in the 18-20 range.

What an opportunity to impact our business by finding and hiring the associates that are responsible for creating the products that ensure water quality for people around the world!

  • Full life cycle recruiting process: source, screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations, negotiate offers and prepare the documentation. Lead the interview process & feedback sessions, and handle the requisition in Workday, all with a deep focus on the candidate experience.
  • Establish credibility to earn trust and influence. Lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers and other partners to set expectations, develop action plans, gauge progress, and identify potential obstacles. Use market data and insights to have empowered conversations.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the job specifications qualifications, experience, skills and competencies.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Create sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs. Utilize and research new tools/techniques to source strong diverse and underrepresented talent for hire and pipelining. Utilize social media, LinkedIn, internet search engines and databases, complex Boolean search strings, x-raying, job boards, etc.
  • May attend career fairs, talent conferences, and team meetings as needed (may travel up to 10% annually)
  • Effectively evaluate applicant qualifications by utilizing strong interview questions, evaluating responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Provide for best-in-class candidate experiences by connecting candidates to the mission and vision of our company, thoughtful planning and follow through, professionalism, and timeliness.
  • Handle the requisition process, job postings and candidates through the system following internal processes maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Participate and/or lead strategic recruitment initiatives and TA process improvement projects

  • 5+ years' experience of full life cycle recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positions with a global, fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience working in an enterprise Applicant Tracking System, Workday would be great but we'll teach you if not
  • Relationship builder with the ability to work effectively with people at varying levels of the organization, highly collaborative. Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence.
  • Accountable and driven, proven track record of successful delivery against challenging goals, demonstrates a sense of urgency and high responsiveness

    The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
