Joining Collibra's People team:

Collibra is seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Senior or Principal People Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, global environment. This individual contributor role will strategically partner with the CMO, CFO and General Counsel to deeply understand functional business objectives and align People Strategies and Programs to  attract, develop and retain our most valuable asset, our employees in a fast paced, growing environment. Senior People Partners at Collibra are responsible for:
  • Building relationships with Marketing and G&A senior leadership to proactively identify and develop People strategies that connect to business outcomes - build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Advising and coaching managers and leaders to attract, retain and develop top Talent in a rapidly changing environment. 
  • Leading the Marketing and G&A teams through People Programs including but not limited to workforce planning, compensation and equity cycles, employee voice surveys, performance management, employee relations and compliance. 
  • Collaborating as a key stakeholder with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Compensation, Talent Management on the design, implementation and management of People Programs throughout the employment lifecycle.  Many of these frameworks are evolving with company growth and will require a partner with the ability to quickly pivot, develop and execute new programs.  
  • Collaborating as a key stakeholder with People Operations Team on design and application of employee dashboards as well as day to day support for individual employee support. 
  • Mitigating risk by proactively aligning compliance with the country/state requirements and handling internal employee relations issues as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues in teams you support
You Have:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of HR business partner experience partnering with multiple senior leaders and management at a fast paced, growing organization and/or MBA, Masters or high degree of business acumen
  • Tech-savviness including ability to leverage (learn, if necessary) collaboration tools including Google Sheets and Slack as well as navigate core HR Systems (Workday, Betterworks, Greenhouse) 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations through judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or local governing laws
  • Demonstrated analytical and goal oriented experience utilizing HR metrics to drive business results. 
  • Experience partnering and leading  performance management and employee relations with an understanding of labor relations and US labor laws.

  • Experience partnering with Marketing or Sales Leadership in the Tech Industry or have supported senior leaders in a fast paced, growing organization. 
  • Strategic mindset to connect business goals and objectives with People strategies and initiatives. 
  • High degree of business acumen, excellent people management skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and work independently.
Reporting to Collibra's Senior Director, People Partner, Senior People Partner's measures of success are:
  • Within your first month, you will understand key objectives and priorities for the Marketing, Finance and Legal Teams through relationships built with leadership and management
  • Within your third month, you will understand key People Programs and be applying People strategies that align to Marketing, Finance and Legal
  • Within your sixth month, you will have navigated the annual review and compensation cycle and be fully integrated in the Partnership with your Teams.

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

There are several things in our employee benefits that I need such as remote work and flexible schedule. I'll go to the gym in the morning, then I’ll start late. Sometimes I work late, sometimes I work on Saturday, but then on Monday, I won’t work. I can maintain that flexibility as long as I deliver my work.
