We are looking for a passionate Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Technology to help us scale infrastructure and champion operational excellence across our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The Atlassian team is growing at record volume and this will be a phenomenal opportunity to create real impact! You'll be a senior leader within our TA team, Reporting into the Global Head of TA Operations, Enablement, & Technology.
You will be the functional subject matter leader for all of the TA team's operational activities related to process efficiencies and tools, workflows, hiring planning, recruitment technology, as well as the delivery of recruitment analytics/metrics. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and development, you will inspire your team to achieve greatness and lead Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that allow us to deliver flawless execution to the business. You'll manage all operational aspects of recruitment globally, which will require resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking. You will observe and untangle the process of integrated work and teamwork between the Talent Acquisition Team and the multiple partners with whom they collaborate. In doing so, you'll help amplify efficiency and connections. BUT, you won't do this alone: you'll have the full support of our team to ensure that you are set up for success!

Optimization is your default: Optimizing the systems, tools, and processes that create consistent, efficient, and equitable hiring outcomes globally.
A natural at building compelling narratives with data. Collaborating with our TA Analytics team efficiently review, analyze, and communicate data and metrics to generate meaningful insights.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- A background in Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Technology or Human Resources
- Experience leading engaged and highly productive teams
- Familiarity with relevant tools, programs and software (e.g., applicant tracking systems, service desk systems)
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Experience developing process workflows and the documentation to support
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills - telling a story with data
- The ability to switch from strategic problem solver to steadfast executer
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate remotely with other team members and partners in a high-pace environment
- Expertise at building consensus and arriving at conclusions with broad ownership and buy-in
- Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
- Global experience, incorporating the needs from a spectrum of geographies and markets
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong senior relationships
- Validated successes leading operational improvements and change management
