As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Programs, you focus on meeting current and future business objectives through the development and implementation of impactful sourcing strategies, programs and processes. You effectively lead and develop a high performing team of sourcing professionals. You combine your recruitment and sourcing expertise and your knowledge of industry trends to recruit and support top talent, with a focus on early career and experienced professional talent strategies.
You build relationships with talent communities including universities, diversity organizations and military organizations to build diverse talent pipelines. You apply your recruiting and operations knowledge to successfully lead projects from original concept through final implementation. You excel at planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of projects and programs. You thrive within an office environment and travel as needed to meet company objectives. You report direct to the Director of Talent Acquisition for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:• Drive recruitment initiatives by ensuring the successful creation, implementation and management of key sourcing strategies.• Bolster recruitment efforts by identifying additional sourcing techniques to be applied when sourcing becomes an issue and help implement the additional sourcing tactics when needed.• Improve the sourcing process through the identification and execution of additional sourcing techniques, including the evaluation of channels and the management of sourcing resources.• Identify and selects media, technological and social solutions to support the talent acquisition strategy.• Lead the development and implementation of dynamic recruitment programs to include intern and early career programs to create a diverse talent pool.• Collaborate and build consensus with key internal stakeholders including university relations, recruiting solutions and Spectrum Enterprise business leaders to identify company talent needs.• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with university programs to improve the early program sourcing initiatives.• Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of sourcing professionals.• Maximize recruitment efforts by acting as a change champion for new initiatives and processes.• Promote diversity by leading recruitment strategies and ensuring sourcers and recruiters are using sourcing techniques and tools that reach diverse populations.• Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and any applicable federal, state and local guidelines through continuous monitoring of recruitment and outreach activities.• Continuously improve the quality of recruiting efforts and talent entering the organization through regular assessments and evaluations of processes.• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans after analyzing data and results, comparing strategy and targets and communicating status to determine an action plan.
Required keys for success:• Two or more years of people leader experience.• Six or more years of recruiting experience.• Program management experience in talent acquisition.• Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and staffing and employment practices.• Working knowledge of market compensation trends.• History of working with hiring managers at all levels of the organization and supervising recruitment teams.• Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and work collaboratively to resolve issues.• Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to show sound judgement and initiative while working under pressure.• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information while working collaboratively with leaders of all levels of the organization.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
Your education:• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
