In support of our dynamic, fast-paced and high growth environment, this recruiting leader will work with the Talent team and shared services leadership to develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will meet the unprecedented growth we are expecting. This leader will drive value through establishing strong relationships with business partners, driving operational excellence and constant innovation and proactively meeting hiring demands.

Your efforts will help us to scale our teams creatively and efficiently in a highly competitive, high volume environment. As an integral leader on our team, you will develop a strategy, in partnership with call center and other shared services leaders, to attract, hire and retain exceptional talent and ensure we are positioned to successfully meet fluctuating spikes in volume as business needs evolve.

How you can make a difference

This is a new role and will be dynamic in nature as our business grows and changes. Some key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing a proactive recruiting strategy, with a focus on diversity, that meets forecasted hiring needs of the call center and other shared services functions while minimizing reliance on agency support for spikes in hiring
  • Creating, expanding and refining a reliable and consistent candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing and attraction techniques for inbound and outbound call center staff and various supervisory and leadership roles
  • Leveraging forecast and pipeline data to identify obstacles and implement process improvement with a focus on efficiency and excellent candidate and team experience
  • Generating interest with potential candidates through active networking within a wide range of professional and industry-specific organizations
  • Identifying relevant industry trends or market obstacles and proactively communicating to leadership including market findings, candidate reaction to the opportunity, compensation data, etc.
  • Building connections in the community that inform strategic and equitable search strategies and that recognize diversity and skill gaps in collaboration with our Talent Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion teams
  • Championing an outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners by continuously earning trust and establishing strong relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical partner

Skills for success

  • You have a strong understanding of call center environments and command of recruiting metrics for high volume staffing
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on consistent and timely follow-up and follow-through
  • Exceptional ability to listen and understand the talent needs of our business partners and to fulfill those needs with speed and grace
  • You keep up to date with hiring trends and can relate to a diverse candidate population as well as dynamic internal teams
  • A desire to be accountable for owning problems from design to implementation
  • A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, "outside the box" solutions that prove you to be a valuable business partner
  • You have an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
  • You have built recruiting teams before and have a deep passion for building and developing effective and high-performing recruiters
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
  • You are self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A low ego and humility; an ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will do

Experience to drive change

  • 7+ years of proven, measurable success recruiting high-quality candidates for high volume call centers ideally within physician practice/healthcare services organizations
  • An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment process and ability to work with--and influence--multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
  • Experience building and leading recruiting teams to support staffing of call centers in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Excellent ability to relate to candidates focusing on building meaningful rapport
  • Excitement and passion for healthcare and being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team
  • Sourcing skills that extend beyond LinkedIn; advanced web recruiting skills preferred (X-ray search, Github, stack overflow, social media recruitment)
  • Extreme flexibility and the desire to be a key contributor to an energetic and passionate team of recruiters
  • Bachelor's degree required
