Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations at Checkout.com:
We are looking for a proven Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations to continue scaling our already impressive team dedicated to Talent Operations & Talent Coordination. This leader will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition & People Leadership team to define the strategy and vision for the global TA organization. You will focus on enabling the TA team through key programs and projects that will impact the 15+ countries that Checkout.com operates in.
About You:
- 10+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with a proven track record of recruiting operations
- Strong leadership skills, with 4+ years of management experience
- Experience developing and implementing operational systems, processes, and capabilities to support successful growth in a global organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to turn complex projects into concise solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to identify scalable solutions, set objectives and drive change management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform deep analysis, plan and strategize at a global level
- Proven track record with recruiting tools (ie ATS, CRMs) and success with system implementations
What You Will Be Doing:
- Expand on the existing Talent Operations roadmap to continue global consistency and scale
- Continue to hire, train and lead the Talent Operations team
- Bring to life our EVP through programs, projects and initiatives across the candidate lifecycle
- Develop best practices to drive amazing candidate and hiring manager experience, including optimizing our referral program and driving the rollout of an interviewer training program
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition team KPIs, OKRs and team budget
- Work cross-functionally with Finance to update hiring plans while monitoring the recruiting capacity for global growth
- Analyze the effectiveness of the current portfolio of tools & systems with the aim to optimize or implement best in class solutions
- Partner with People Culture to define and execute on a D&I recruitment strategy
- Optimize our platform and partnership strategy to constantly align the Checkout.com brand with the best recruiting partners in the world
- Define a process for consistent reporting & analytics for the Talent Acquisition team and it’s stakeholders.
- Stay in tune with industry trends and identify opportunities to invest in tools & systems or events/conferences
- Deliver key insights to the TA & People Leadership team through reports, dashboards and external market trends
- Create training programs for the Talent Acquisition team to further their education and learnings
- Lead all aspects of regulatory compliance, data integrity, and audits in our recruiting practices
