Your Impact
- Partner with internal leaders to assess business goals, and build/ implement talent strategies to advance priorities, driving growth and scale;
- Collaborate with team members across the HR ecosystem, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, development, and mobility to craft and implement excellent people programs and initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent;
- Find opportunities and drive to completion operational excellence and employee experience solutions;
- Analyze data and insights to anchor and inform talent strategies to advance strategic objectives;
- Guide managers on sensitive employee relations matters anchored in our values and in the best interest of Anaplan;
- Design and lead efforts to evolve and strengthen our culture;
- Develop valuable credible relationships with business leaders, HR, and internal partners.
Your Qualifications
- 7+ years of HRBP experience in a hyper-growth high tech (ideally SaaS cloud) environment, preferably with software engineers and/or customer facing teams;
- Proven experience teaming with leaders on thoughtful implementation of company-wide programs such as bonus, stock, and merit to help retain, recognize, reward top talent;
- Experience across multiple HR subject areas, such as leadership mentoring, workforce planning, change management, compensation, recruiting, development, employee relations, and DE&I;
- An operational attitude paired with facts and data to improve efficiency and employee experience, producing measurable results;
- Persuasive influencing skills including ability to push back and hold ground appropriately to achieve outcomes while maintaining a collaborative approach;
- Discernment, outcome and results orientation, critical thinking, sound business judgment, creative and collaborative approaches to problem solving;
- Excellent communicator with solid executive presence and presentation skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, remaining calm under pressure.
