Do you want to be part of a rapidly expanding Learning organization? Are you skilled in designing, organizing, and directing the learning efforts for large-scale, transformative programs? Molex is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to add to its growing team!

As part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role will play a key role in ensuring programs meet outcomes by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change by preparing users for changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles/organization structures and cultural-mindset shifts.

The primary responsibility will be driving the effectiveness of learning programs for digital transformations across Molex and managing a small team. This role works independently with business leadership, providing periodic progress reports to supervisors, and working with supervisor to set direction for the learning strategy and then executing on that strategy. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Manage and lead a small learning and development team
  • Partner with global business leaders to assess current needs and effective solutions to close performance gaps utilizing both training and performance support initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and implement global learning programs that meet current and future Transformation need, leveraging learning technologies and instructional design experience. Programs should include various elements designed to increase learning retention and application including digital learning tools. Evaluate current learning programs to measure long-term impact.
  • Identify and report on learning metrics to show outcomes achieved.
  • Partner with colleagues in other regions to share best practices and build consistency where appropriate.
  • Assist in the selection and coordination of the use of external suppliers for learning and development needs as required.
  • Ensure learning offerings are aligned with Market Based Management and our guiding principles.
  • Learn and use the LMS and support managers and employees in the use of this learning and development system.
  • Support other Talent Management initiatives as needed. Understand, support, and comply with current Molex policies and practices related business programs. Including but not limited to government regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S), Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Management Systems.


The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in learning and development, including instructional strategy and design experience
  • Experience leading learning efforts for large scale global implementations
  • Training certification for the Learning and Development space
  • Experience facilitating and presenting to a large/diverse audience (in person & virtually)
  • Project Management skills with a focus on detailed execution
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to travel globally, up to 35%

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000- $ 220,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
