As a Sr. Inclusion & Diversity Lead, you will be an integral part of the People Team providing expertise in inclusive practices, behaviors and learnings to better ourselves as a community. You should be comfortable working with any level of employee or manager, have a knack at reading a situation and navigating sensitivities. Your Impact

Functional Leader: As the Sr. I&D Lead at PANW, you will be responsible for supporting our G&A, FIN & IT , People teams and leaders on building out our I&D corporate strategy and functional alignment. Your role is critical to the consistency and rigor in which is applied to all our I&D efforts at PANW. You will assist leaders and our HR team with inclusive practices, inclusive learning, allyship and increasing diversity across the organization. This role also requires change management, stakeholder engagement, and excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to engage all of our partners internally and externally to achieve our I&D goals. You will also work closely with our people analytics team to align on appropriate I&D metrics including benchmarking and tracking to report on and measure success of I&D programs across our company and within our functions. You will have opportunities to engage and partner with every area of the People team to drive adoption of our I&D priorities and ensure they are incorporated into sourcing/hiring, training, and branding efforts. Guide leadership teams in promoting and sustaining URT (Under Represented Talent) and act as a strong influential voice for the organization.

Branding & Communication: PANW thrives on diversity of thought, purpose and innovation and our brand should continually showcase this. You will work closely with the communications team to ensure our internal/external communications strategy is clear and actioned to time. You will ensure our external branding and internal branding remains fresh, relevant and sparks the interest of our employees, future employees, clients and partners.

Work with All People Team Functions and ENGs to ensure we are always building I&D into everything we do, through every people process and every approach.

You will be a facilitator in helping drive continued efforts around belonging, psychological safe teams/environments and be a creative leader in how we can continue to push the needle on our inclusive practices.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • BA/BS or Advanced degree in relevant field and/or professional I&D training or certification

  • I&D experience in leading initiatives, driving change and implementing innovative ideas and structures to support inclusive environments

  • Effective communication and influencing skills

  • Highly motivated and resilient

  • Adaptable to change and thrives in ambiguous environments
