As our Senior HRIS Analyst, you will manage all People Operations (Human Resources) systems to ensure data integrity across all platforms and drive efficiency and automation within our people processes. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, this position will be the technical leader of our ADP Workforce Now HCM system and all related third-party integrations and HRIS systems.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead ongoing design, maintenance, and configuration of ADP Workforce Now and all integrated systems (i.e. third-party engagement, recognition, and recruiting platforms)
  • Identify opportunities for automation and improvement for any manual processes via data feeds to vendors or other methods.
  • Develop dashboards and regular cadence of reporting to share key people metrics and analytics with HR colleagues and business leaders (i.e. headcount projections, turnover data, compensation targets).
  • Audit data between our HRIS system of record ADP Workforce Now and all third-party integrated systems; Troubleshoot data discrepancies through testing and system reconfiguration to resolve any recurring data or compliance concerns.
  • Coordinate with system vendors for any technical service inquiries or enhancement opportunities. Evaluate system upgrades and make recommendations that align with team’s objectives and timelines.
  • Create and maintain database of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document end-user experience across all systems for both practitioners and employees.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests and projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with the Total Rewards team’s strategic roadmap.
  • Assist in special projects for Total Rewards team as needed.

What You'll Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-8 years of experience managing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and other HR platforms.
  • Understanding of HR and Total Rewards concepts and philosophies (i.e. HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll)
  • Data-driven, using data analytics to develop insights and drive strategies and programs.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful and uses their discretion and judgment to make recommendations to the team.
  • Passion for your craft, you are resilient, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
