Senior HR Technology Analyst
We are looking for a Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday) to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Director, HR Technology.
The Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday will play a key role in the strategic enhancement and expansion of the Workday HCM platform at SailPoint Technologies. In this role, you will provide development and operational support for Workday-related projects, help drive business process improvement efforts, and will facilitate the creation of technical standards. The priority of the role will be the further development of the single source of record for HR data - Workday HCM, maintaining and proactively ensuring consistent, high quality data, and its use to enhance system processes and procedural workflows.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage and maintain SailPoint's Workday system with a focus on HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Reporting, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Benefits and/or Performance/Talent Management.
- Research and test new functionality and features within Workday including system releases, enhancements and fixes.
- Develop and execute QA and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
- Provide Tier 3 systems support including troubleshooting escalated data and systems issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes in systems per change control guidelines
- Ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements
- Create detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality, including workflow, program functions and steps required to execute systems transactions/processes and support change management;
- Maintain daily operations of vital business processes
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits and Payroll to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement new functionality in Workday
- Provide Workday training, direction, and guidance to other team members
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Must have Workday implementation/support experience for at least 3+ years
- Demonstrated expertise on HCM and one or more of the following - Talent Management, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management and Reporting.
- Ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks.
- Must have a good understanding of various HR business processes.
- Willingness to assist other functions and work groups as needed so the department achieves or exceeds its overall business objectives.
