As GoodRx continues to scale our business offerings and teams we are looking to expand our HR team to include a Sr. HR Business Partner to support our quickly growing divisions. Reporting into the Company’s Sr. Director, HRBP this individual will work closely with department heads and our functional HR team providing direct support to their business team. This will involve career development planning, role leveling support, performance management and being a trusted partner for employees and leaders.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sr. Director, HRBP in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and positively impact talent development and retention
- Educates business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, compensation, and performance management
- Assesses organizational performance systemically, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions – partners closely with managers on performance improvement / growth / training plans
- Partner with Marketing, Growth, Operations and Customer Support in defining job architecture and career growth plans and align current workforce into the structure
- Act as point of contact for managers and employees in the assigned business units, providing true HR business partnership, coaching and feedback
- Coach and consult on organizational design and management issues; Challenge the organizational structure of the group and propose positive changes that help drive business results
- Partners closely with department leads and recruiting creating a unified talent strategy that meets business hiring and headcount planning goals
- Proactively discovers how HR can help make positive changes; involves others in processes and decisions to ensure their support. Works effectively with multiple constituents who sometimes have conflicting agendas or needs.
- Support, counsel, and coach clients in the areas of employee relations and other employment-related workplace issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with managers within the business to swiftly grasp key business and management issues
- Partner with the HR specialist functions to provide HR focus on recruitment, engagement, compensation, HRIS, benefit and L&D needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years well-rounded strategic HR business partner experience
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with expertise in coaching and influencing business leaders at all levels
- Proven ability to deliver short-term solutions while also solving long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Strong understanding of Workday workflows with hands-on experience using reporting functions and performance management features.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently and collaboratively with executive leadership
- Lead efforts to identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness and ability to establish OKR’s and KPI’s for the People function
- Highly collaborative individual and adaptable individual who cultivates an environment of trust, inclusion and belonging
- Excellent communicator with a strong customer focus
