About the Job

As a Recruiter for NielsenIQ, you will be responsible for ensuring our Hiring Managers are equipped for hiring success, providing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and advising on the talent market - including best practices, candidate experience, employer branding, available talent, compensation insights and more. You will lead the way in bringing the best talent to NielsenIQ, taking ownership of searches across a wide range of technical skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support all hiring efforts for assigned teams

  • Effectively utilise hiring channels - Smart Recruiters, Social Media (LinkedIn , Naukri) and Internal channels

  • Understand the requirements in details and assess the candidates potential to match the role

  • Coordinate with the candidates for understanding their profile, schedule for test, set up interviews with business leads, keep candidates informed about the stage of selections that they have reached or did not reach and follow the process for final offers

  • Coordinate with the business leaders to keep them informed about the work progress, share relevant CVs post scrutiny, set up interviews, follow up for feedback and effectively close the positions.

  • Weekly Reporting on Work Progress to respective stakeholders in defined format

  • Look for more creative ways of hiring. Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

  • Prepare dashboards and; collate data for various processes

  • Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties

  • Engage in employer branding initiatives

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, changes and/or areas of concern

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other business

  • Consult and partner with HRBPs on most critical data needs to support business outcomes

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize work as part of a fast-paced, production environment

A Little About You

You will partner with business leaders, teams and other COE’s of HR to support the onboarding of the right resources and help build an efficient team. Your proactive nature will have a major impact in building the team, accountability towards your responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources with 3+ years of experience

  • Prior Hiring & Sourcing Experience in Sales ,MR, technology based roles

  • Should have worked on a ATS platform in past to manage the hiring process

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

  • Technology friendly
