We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Early Talent Acquisition team.
About the Role
As a Senior Early Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help build the future of Workday by building the pipeline of diverse, top interns and new graduates. You will have hands-on experience building our university recruiting programs by creating unique and engaging events to connect with talent. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit the best talent ensuring each of our candidates has a great Workday experience. Your efforts will include but are not limited to:
About You
- Drive and manage relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams to identify early talent needs; facilitate successful client engagement in the university recruiting process
- Help plan, execute and participate in on campus recruiting activities including career fairs, campus presentations, on campus interviews, networking events, etc.
- Collaborate across functions at universities to ensure a one Workday approach on campus
- Managing the full cycle campus recruiting process including sourcing, resume screening, on campus interviews, batch day interviews, sell events, managing offer approvals, offer delivery, onboarding, etc.
- Developing internal and external communication strategies and tools to increase awareness and attract top talent
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics and effectiveness of our recruiting strategies. Analyze new trends, recommend improvements, and drive creative initiatives
- Implementing an engagement plan and recruiting strategy with assigned university institutions
- Help facilitate intern and new hire events and programming
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
- Ability to travel up to 40% during peak recruiting seasons (September-November; January-February)
- Experience with tools like Workday, CRMs, and Handshake
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Demonstrated experience leading campus programs and executing on campus events
