We are seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner (a senior recruiter) focused mainly on Product, Marketing, and Design hiring as well as other corporate positions. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who shares our philosophy that finding high-quality talent requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. As the first impression of our company, you'll need to be able to relay the purpose and vision of our company, our unique culture, and the responsibilities and possibilities for potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Draw upon a proven recruiting background to source and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept and onboarding
- Act as a talent consultant to the Product, Marketing, and Design teams by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, prioritizing across the organization, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
- Source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques
- Provide regular updates to the hiring managers and ensure ongoing communication
- Partner with hiring managers to align on expectations and to build effective strategies and process to source, assess, and close high-caliber candidates
- Maintain professional and high-integrity communication with candidates and foster long-term relationships
Skills:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for experienced, specialty positions in corporate, financial services, and fintech
- Excellent at assessing talent, potential, and fit
- Excellent workstyle and effective at driving the process and overcoming obstacles
- Exceptional representative of the company - professional, articulate, genuine, knowledgeable and intelligent
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage
- A fun and collaborative teammate who pitches in wherever necessary
