Senior Campus Recruiter
The Senior Campus Recruiter is responsible for supporting Arrive Logistics' Entry Level pipeline needs via University and Campus Recruiting initiatives. This position leads expansion into new market universities, including review of universities and available partnerships to determine which universities offer the best growth opportunity for Arrive. Partner with career services, faculty, staff and student organizations to execute best-in-class, early talent engagement events.
The Senior Campus Recruiter collaborates with Arrive's Sales Recruiting team, prioritizing the entry-level pipeline generated by our campus recruiting strategy.
Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain relationships with university faculty, career service staff, and professors nationwide to help increase brand exposure and reputation on campus.
- Develop relationships with and understand needs of the sales floor hiring managers. Lead new campus recruitment initiatives to find best fit candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate candidates across multiple roles and offices. Make suggestions for candidate experience and engagement improvements and lead implementation of enhancements.
- Independently assess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements.
- Create, plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding.
- Identify and implement diversity recruitment initiatives and outreach to create a robust pipeline of diverse talent for all levels of the organization.
- Provide feedback and insight regarding the entry-level talent pool to University Recruiting Director.
- Assist with training and mentoring of Campus Recruiters. Handle more complex, escalated or sensitive issues.
- Special projects and other duties as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 3+ years of Campus Recruiting experience.
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven ability to connect and interact with students, faculty and staff to build productive relationships.
- Creative approach to managing and building relationships.
- Must be able to understand and explain detailed job descriptions and company culture.
- Ability to travel up to 50% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), early talent platforms like Handshake and Yello, and social media tools and strategies to attract talent, preferred.
