Campus Recruiter
InterSystems, a software company located in Kendall Square, needs an experienced Campus Recruiter to lead and grow an already established campus recruiting program. You would be the primary member of the Recruitment team responsible for the oversight of campus recruiting efforts including intern hiring, planning and execution of our Recent Grad Development Programs (CDP/SDP), and directing team efforts for the fall recruitment and hiring season.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all entry level hiring efforts for Internships, Direct offers and our Recent Grad Development Programs.
Create and execute Fall campus recruiting strategy leveraging tools such as Handshake, registering and attending career fairs, and acting as a lead to a team of recruiters.
Plan, organize and execute Interview Super Days, as well as on-site campus events (when safely possibly).
Hire all Summer Interns across participating teams at a volume of 40+ year-over-year.
Maintain compliance with all University Employer Policies.
Identify opportunities for expansion and improvements.
Manage all logistics of CDP/SDP including on boarding, training, candidate engagement, mentor/project assignments, new hire engagement, and internal communications to keep new hires and participating departments informed.
Liaise with a multitude of internal teams and stakeholders to work towards a common goal.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in campus recruiting, preferably at a tech/software company.
High level of persistence, problem solving, attention to detail, and organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience making data-driven decisions.
Prior experience with GreenHouse or Handshake a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
