Senior Associate, HR Consulting
Summary:
Manage HR processes and programs throughout the company. Requires research and execution of HR projects and programs which leads to recommendations on changes or improvements. Works with HR senior management and HR Consultants regarding the HR processes/ programs they own. Prepares decks and presentations, as needed. Serves as the relationship manager for internal and external vendors. Work involves collaboration with associates across HR and the organization as a whole. Provide consultation to internal associates on HR processes and applications. Specialty varies by HR department. Help drive HR enhancement projects for current HR process and applications. Use SME to help resolve problems.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform on HR-related process or programs, makes recommendations and decisions related to processes they own, Initiate Program/process improvements to mitigate risks (60% of time)
- Project and Process Management of HR practices. Complete project assessment, delegate work to others within team, program and processes see project through to completion, final analysis (30% of time)
- Vendor Management/Manage relationship w/external vendors (10% of time)
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Human Resources Certification
- Project Management Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management
