The HR Strategy Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of HR Strategy. In this role, the individual will develop PowerPoint presentations, conduct data analysis and research as the team translates business strategies into HR priorities. The role will involve partnership across HR Communities of Expertise and Business HR, utilizing internal / external analytics and benchmarks. The analyst will work across HR during execution and support the team as it monitors progress and results. They will also support the development of frameworks, policies and procedures that help HR achieve and execute on strategic plans. Immediate areas of focus will be workplace of the future, culture, HR pandemic response, DE&I, and other trending HR topics.

This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the domestic U.S. Preferred location is Eastern Standard Time.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of HR Strategy in execution of initiatives and projects from end-to-end: establishing the project team; setting project milestones; collaborating effectively and successfully managing deliverables
  • Assemble information and help identify key stakeholders in the Company; Support the development of proposals and projects to stakeholder audiences.
  • Support the HR organization with data analysis, communications as it carries out the direction and strategic vision of the HRLT or business leaders
  • Conduct research and analysis as part of larger initiatives to ensure consistency with the Collins Aerospace culture
  • Execute communications that support alignment across the HR organization on the execution of strategic initiatives throughout the year
  • Support data analysis required to build business cases for strategic HR initiatives
  • Effectively partners with Collins Aerospace HR Functions to align their priorities and actions

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience and understanding of data analysis and visualization while using data and metrics to analyze and solve human capital challenges
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, principles and functions
  • Experience creating and executing change management plans, influencing others
  • Ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences and prepare executive-ready materials
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate across several businesses and HR departments
