What You’ll Bring to The Team:

At Florence we’re passionate about making it easy for our customers to contribute to research and find cures. Your impact will be felt across the business by owning the full-cycle recruiting process for our Sales organization as we continue to scale rapidly. We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to help build our Sales organization as we continue our rapid growth as a company. 

Here are some ways you'll make an impact:

  • Use your extensive network to identify top talent to expand our Sales organization
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all Sales roles across the organization
  • Partner with Sales hiring leaders to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process to ensure that we meet our hiring goals while attracting top talent
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish while understanding candidate goals and needs, qualifying competency and culture fit, managing the feedback loop, and coordinating an expedient and seamless interview process
  • Help build processes that will help the Recruiting team scale its efforts for years to come
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS and track, analyze and report on hiring metrics to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as required. 

An Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on identifying Sales professionals in the software/SaaS and/or Life Sciences industry
  • A passion for building diverse teams
  • Experience building extensive talent pipelines 
  • A clear and effective communication style, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
  • A candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible experiences for every person we interact with
  • Demonstrable experience in partnering to build and refine the hiring process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily
  • A growth mindset and flexibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree
We’ll Be Extra Excited If You Are/Have:
  • A mix of both corporate and agency recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates.
