Sales Recruiter / Sourcer at Moveworks

As a Sales Sourcer on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be in a unique position to impact both growth and culture of the organization. Recruiting at a startup vs. an established organization allows for a very entrepreneurial and comprehensive approach. We are looking for an individual that will thrive in this fast paced environment, and provide a level of service that enables our teams to focus on what they do best - building and selling innovative, cutting edge products. Your role includes generating pipeline, creating networking strategies, events etc . By leveraging your knowledge of our hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.
What you will do:
- Work closely with sales leaders to identify and hire top talent
- Source, identify and screen passive candidates that have reputable track records for all sales related roles
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure the delivery of highly qualified candidates
- Define and build out effective recruiting processes that are highly efficient and reproducible
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end
- Work collaboratively across our recruiting team including other recruiters, sourcers + coordinators
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems
- Provide an inclusive candidate experience for individuals from all backgrounds
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years Sales Sourcing experience.
- Experience in recruiting for highly competitive enterprise sales candidates
- An ability to cultivate long term relationships in the sales community
- Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude
- Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
- In-house startup recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
