Stryker's Talent Acquisition team is hiring for a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our TA Center of Excellence. As the Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will recruit candidates specializing in New Product Development, Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Affairs.

This role is remote based, and candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify & attract top talent for hard-to-fill Regulatory and Clinical Affairs roles.

  • Conduct phone screens with candidates assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and present candidate match & value to hiring team.
  • Generating candidates by leveraging advanced recruiting tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate's motivation.
  • Contribute to Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker's brand.


ADVISE AND LEAD:

  • Listen and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
  • Provide hiring teams expert guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends, market data and best practices.
  • Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
  • Tactfully drive the hiring process to meet aggressive key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity for reporting.


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree - required
  • 6+ years of professional level full cycle recruiting experience - required
  • Experience supporting regulatory, clinical, or engineering roles for a regulated industry (medical device, pharma/biotech, aerospace or automotive) - preferred
  • Previous experience using recruitment tools including Workday, Smashfly, LinkedIn recruiter or CRM program - preferred
  • Mix of agency and corporate recruitment experience - preferred


This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado.
