About the team

We collaborate with FIS support representatives as well as with customers to help them make the most of the Pazien tool.  Partnering interdepartmentally as well as with external organizations we solve problems and look to enhance the user experience.

What you will be doing

Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to foster trust and demonstrate the value of Pazien. Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs. Analyze data to uncover value for your clients.

  • Represent your client’s needs in internal discussions regarding prioritization of future enhancements

  • Resolve all incoming requests by performing research and partnering with internal colleagues

  • Work with external providers to import additional data streams and validate that the information is correct

  • Keeps abreast of new products/services and changes to existing products/services.

  • Create and distribute key metrics and customer reports

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services and company policies and procedures. Test new product releases on a bi-weekly basis.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Organizational and time management skills required

Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner

Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business.

  • Ability to understand and apply concepts

  • Ability to handle projects commensurate with job expectations

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability, and strong problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients

Added bonus if you have:

  • Prior card processing or finance related experiences a plus

  • Knowledge of FIS products and Services

  • Broad knowledge of FIS products and related services; in-depth knowledge of products and services for which team(s) provide support
