About the Role

As an Operations Regional Recruiting Lead you will  play a pivotal role in how our Operations Recruiting team attracts, assesses, and hires the best talent for our Warehouses at Stitch Fix.  You will act as a strategic talent partner to the Operations Regional Manager and their General Manager and Business Partner Manager teams -- driving talent attraction strategies, recruiting programs, and streamlining recruiting processes at scale with your team.  You will lead a team of Operations Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators who are responsible for not only building out strategic sourcing and pipelining efforts and assessing talent for our teams, but also leveraging their analytical skills and business acumen to highlight strengths and opportunities at all points of the talent lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a high volume recruiting background where they have managed partnerships with multiple business leaders, successfully led recruiting programs and processes at a regional level, and thrives in leading teams towards shared goals and outcomes. This role will report to the Operations Recruiting Director and has flexibility to be based out of: Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, Indianapolis, IN, Atlanta, GA, or Bethlehem, PA.

  • Lead a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators who are responsible for owning the recruiting strategy and execution within our Warehouses
  • Partner with senior Operations leadership in understanding regional and site specific hiring goals and leading your teams through creating action plans to hit hiring targets
  • Take ownership over top-of-funnel recruiting processes at a regional level. Your team is responsible for -- sourcing, screening, and assessing all talent for Warehouse Associate and Leadership roles within our Warehouse Operations team
  • Own how our teams drive candidate diversity at every stage of the assessment process
  • Create consistent and streamlined data-driven updates, talent strategy recommendations, and team-health insights for your region 
  • Continue to uplevel your teams recruiting support to the Operations organization through prioritizing programs and opportunities that enable  improvements in our recruiting and talent assessment model
  • Lead a highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing team whose impact is directly tied to Stitch Fix’s success

  • You have at least 5 years of high volume recruiting experience and 2+ years of management experience for various non-tech functions, with a preference of having in-house experience at a high-growth, fast-paced tech company
  • Proven track record of leading site and regional teams through successfully creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies for high volume hiring initiatives
  • You are an experienced talent partner to leadership; driving improvements in talent acquisition strategy at every stage of your career
  • You inspire your team to be keen problem-solvers, finding innovative and creative solutions to complex problems
  • You are excited to operate as a player coach and are an exceptional developer of talent -- you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves with your team, you lean into the tough conversations, and always stop to celebrate the team’s success
  • You develop your own data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to hiring partners and senior leadership
  • Experience with high level reporting on hiring metrics (at the leadership level is ideal)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to problem solve 
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills with immaculate attention to detail
  • You operate with a high degree of empathy and integrity for your team, candidates and hiring partners
