KBR is seeking highly motivated Recruitment Coordinators to support our customer's challenging operational requirements in the Washington Metropolitan Area. An active TS/SCI with a polygraph is required.
Ideal candidates are inquisitive, investigative and action-oriented with the ability to take initiative and deliver solutions to complex operational problems. Successful candidates must be able to deal effectively and confidently with customer managers at all levels of responsibility. Recruitment Coordinators apply knowledge and expertise of operations, tradecraft, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and case management. In addition, they are responsible for working collaboratively with others to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph at the time of application
- Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases
- Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
Desired Qualifications:
- Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
