Recruitment Coordinator Lead
The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will coach and mentor a large team of recruiting coordinators providing mentorship and expertise around talent acquisition support strategies, processes, and technologies. This team is a High-Volume Recruiting Coordination team, including delegation of work, prioritization, and new initiatives. We seek an Ops Specialist who has experience in Recruitment Coordination, mentoring, coaching, training/onboarding talent that schedules interviews and preboards new hires. Focusing on an excellent candidate experience and strives for efficiencies within the work we do.
A day in the life…
- Assess the day-to-day planning and direction of the Recruiting Coordination team ensuring service levels, standards, and targets are met, maintained, and exceeded
- Assess and coordinate team activity ensuring all coordinators are managing to goals, achievements, and metrics
- Responsible for scheduling and onboarding activities for contractors and overflow of volumes
- Develop others through mentor, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments; remove obstacles that may impede team efficiency or performance
- Regular interaction with Talent Managers, Recruiters, Coordinators, Onboarding Team, Enablement Teams, Cisco Partners and the Business to ensure all candidate and interpersonal needs are meet successfully
- Lead others through complexity & change, while driving process improvements establishing alignment between all teams in which we support
- Schedule and preboard for Grade 12 and higher within AMS Region
- Backup support to the Program Administrator for contract hiring
- Lead a team of up to 10 Coordinators
You are responsible for this if you have...
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition (full cycle recruiting) experience in a high-volume environment required
- 1 to 3 year(s) experience training and onboarding new coordinators (peer training)
- Solid knowledge of enterprise application tracking systems required - Workday Greenhouse and Avature preferred
- Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change
- Proven organizational and documentation skills; strong analytical skills, with the ability to review reports and make recommendations
- Ability to effectively establish relationships with a team, business partners, peers and leadership
- Predisposition to challenge the status quo with a solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated experience using computer programs such as including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Docs with an ability to acquire new technical skills quickly
