Position Summery:

NuORDER is looking for a driven, organized, and motivated Recruitment Associate to join the People Operations team as we continue to grow as an organization in the US and abroad. This position will be a key player in building a candidate pipeline for critical positions within various departments including Engineering, Client Services, Customer Success, Product, Retail, Marketing, and Operations. There will also be an opportunity to engage in responsibilities related to process development, new hire experience, and company culture. The role is perfect for someone who's passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and retaining strong talent. 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates for current open positions and future hiring needs using innovative sourcing strategies
• Work together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas
• Source suitable active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels
• Craft and send unique outreach emails and job descriptions to attract top talent 
• Review resumes and online profiles suitable for pre-screen interviews
• Be knowledgeable of various sourcing channels 
• Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
• Keep track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
• Assist with scheduling and other stages of the candidate process
• Promote and track internal and external referrals 
• Log and update candidate information within Applicant Tracking System 
• Attend career fairs and other recruiting events
• Provide administrative or special projects support

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional candidate focus, with a passion for offering each candidate a world class experience throughout the entire recruitment process
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate well with managers and take a consultative approach to talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Ability to prioritize & succeed in an environment with competing and changing demands 
• Self-directed problem solver with a strong hands-on and get-it-done mentality (work with a sense of urgency)
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
