The Recruiting Systems Lead combines program management and hands on system administration for Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter, involving system configuration, consultations with recruiting leadership, integration design, and user support.  Coverage also includes other recruiting tools, addressing the holistic systems needs of Lyft’s Talent Team. 

As a member of the Integrated People Applications team, and as part of Lyft’s renowned People Analytics, Technology & Strategy (PATS) practice, work with one of the most advanced configurations of Greenhouse, with numerous system integrations, and extensive insights derived from its data via innovative Tableau dashboards. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and build in this highly productive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise recruiting leadership as a systems program manager, identifying technical feasibility, process change implications, and system requirements.
  • Internal problem solving with customer centric focus 
  • Prioritize and filter essential requests  
  • Lead projects to completion utilizing change control and release management methods.
  • Configure, implement, maintain, and support the Greenhouse applicant tracking system. 
  • Serve as a technical expert in a collaborative, cross-functional team. 
  • Troubleshoot system related problems.
  • Identify opportunities for process and system efficiencies. 
  • Create system diagrams, workflows and documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training to stakeholders.
  • Encourage and support data integrity, privacy, security and confidentiality.
  • Advise stakeholders with the selection of new recruiting system vendors.
  • Keep current with technology changes and attend appropriate assigned training.
  • Collaborate with the PATS team

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting operations is required.
  • Hands-on experience administering an applicant tracking system is required. Experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred. Experience with integrations is preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud based applications.  Proficient with Slack and Google Workspace, including GSheets, GSlides, GDocs. Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Extensive understanding of business processes in corporate recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Prioritize and deliver solutions in a timely manner, under pressure and with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience using troubleshooting techniques to resolve application related problems.
  • Excellent communication skills addressing a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Customer and team oriented.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.
  • Availability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule when offices are expected to re-open in 2022.
