Job Summary
People Acquisition is looking for a talented professional to bring their project experience to Aerospace! The Recruiting Project Lead and Diversity Outreach Coordinator will help the People Acquisition Team achieve hiring goals more efficiently and effectively. Not only will the Project Lead continue existing diversity and recruiting projects, he or she will help launch and build new processes, continuously improve existing programs and work cross-functionally with other groups to create a more diverse, connected and inclusive culture. The lead will notice trends and offer recommendations for projects to the People Acquisition leadership team. This position is futuristic, so the lead needs to be someone who is forward-thinking and action-oriented. This is not a sit and wait on direction position. In this role, you are the creator of direction!
This role reports to the Manager of People Acquisition, with a dotted line to the Principal Director of Talent Strategy. This role will support the priorities of the People Acquisition team as well as collaborate with recruiters, data analytics, DEI, corporate communications technical leadership and other Human Resources stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Organizing recruiting events to engage with and cultivate connections with prospective technical talent
- Supporting the coordination, planning, execution and debrief of Aerospace presence at technical conferences and all recruiting events, both in person and virtual
- Finding opportunities for efficiency and building solutions for those gaps
- Owning all aspects of People Acquisition projects from concept through completion to ensure timelines and results are met while collaborating cross functionally
- Conducting project meetings and preparing regular reports to communicate status to cross functional partners, stakeholders and leadership
- Drive recruiting diversity initiatives by partnering with DEI on projects and trainings
- Building, evaluating, maintaining, documenting, and optimizing TA standards, reporting and methodologies
- Assisting with board charts, and maintaining and reporting information to leadership at all levels
- Developing trainings, presentations and communications to drive recruiter effectiveness, candidate and manager experience and attainment of business goals
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with least 5 years of professional, hands-on experience driving process and project efficiency in talent acquisition
- 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience leading recruiting related projects from concept through implementation
- Experience building and leading recruiting and networking events
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify trends, insights and make data-driven decisions
- Highly self-sufficient and able to effectively influence all levels of project participants and hold those participants accountable
- Ability to develop and lead interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

$83,000 - $108,000 - $133,000
