Recruiting Operations Specialist

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist at Moveworks, you will play a critical role in our Talent Acquisition team, making sure that the global recruiting organization is running smoothly on the backend. You will be supporting TA with a variety of initiatives, including candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive applicant experience throughout the interviewing, hiring and on-boarding process. You will help managing university recruiting, intern program, employee referral programs and social recruitment strategies and will serve as an internal subject matter expert for our ATS and internal/external sourcing platforms, partnering closely with the recruiting team to deliver results.

This role requires onsite presence in Mountain View and can be considered for hybrid work.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the recruiting team by managing all operational aspects of recruiting and identify opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide a high level of support to our recruiting team by responding to questions, issues, and technical support for various system inquiries
  • Drive recruiter enablement
  • Educate our team globally on the most efficient ways of using our tools and workflows, applying various formats of interventions
  • Manage and scale the recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow
  • Maintain data integrity, ensuring absolute accuracy of all information between multiple systems
  • Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement
  • Identify, build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies and third-party suppliers
  • University Recruiting
  • Own and run the Intern Hiring Program
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Manage and track our recruiting campaigns (email, social, etc.)

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field related experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to comfortably relate to people with all different personality types and backgrounds
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience; GreenHouse is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on team player with desire to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced start-up environment
