The Recruiting Operations Manager's main focus is to bring a highly effective operations approach to our recruitment efforts. You'll directly impact our continued ability to scale globally by using data, process optimization, automation and proven organizational change skills.

Want to partner with us to identify lead generation solutions, eliminate process sink holes and innovative automation tools to help us spend less time on the everyday tasks so we can focus more time on finding great talent! If you enjoy driving innovation by using a 'how can we do this better' point of view across all aspects of recruitment, we can't wait to meet you! You'll report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

You'll Get To:

• Partner with TA and leadership to assess business needs, strategy, and planning for a distributed team.
• Lead critical initiatives including developing partnerships, programs and project plans to support functional and business goals including, but not limited, to DE&I, internships, college relations and referrals.
• Handle all of our recruitment processes, document workflows, ATS and TA tools adoption, dashboards, and technology, to own the tech roadmap for recruiting.
• Conceptualize, maintain existing and deliver new recruiting metrics and dashboards for both the organization and business leaders to support accountability and transparency in all recruitment processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Experience as a TA leader or project lead developing and operationalizing programs that achieve business goals.
• Significant experience with Talent Acquisition technology; vendor selection, implementation and vendor management.
• Experience telling a great story based on sophisticated data sets with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and partners against a common outcome.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment with results-oriented and sometimes shifting priorities.
• Consistent track record of delivering results through helping others understand what's meaningful, while using your program management skills, to craft, deploy, drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
