What You'll Do: 

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to help scale our hiring practices and programs at Calm. This individual will own day-to-day recruiting operations as well as drive team priorities across operations, recruiting tools & systems, candidate experience and hiring metrics. 

  • Directly manage and develop our team of recruiting coordinators
  • Alongside the recruiting coordination team, own and ensure a stellar candidate and internal hiring experience
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and quality to scale (and manage any change/s)
  • Manage all recruiting systems & vendors including ROI, implementation, optimization and/or configuration 
  • Partner with Finance and Recruiting Leads on our hiring plans, capacity models and req management
  • Ensure strong data integrity to drive and evolve our recruiting data, metrics and analytics
  • Manage the ongoing delivery of recruiting projects and programs (such as interviewing training & capacity, employer brand, DE&I partnerships, etc.)
  • Serve as the cross-functional partner to our recruiting and business teams to help meet hiring priorities and goals
  • Maintain and develop team documentation including internal processes & onboarding through to hiring manager resources & enablement

Who You Are: 

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR/Recruiting, with at least 2 years of HR/Recruiting operational experience
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth, rapidly adapting, international environment
  • Prior experience in a people management role
  • Knowledge of top recruiting tools and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Data-driven with an ability to tell stories through numbers
  • Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
  • Extremely strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

  • Expertise in Greenhouse ATS
  • Prior experience with other Recruiting systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, employer branding sites, etc. 
  • Experience with BI tools for recruiting reporting
