Our team is looking for a Recruiting Manager to build, drive and execute our Emerging Talent and University Programs recruiting strategy from scratch. In this role, you will partner directly with leadership to develop strategies to engage with early career talent, plan intern events, and design the entire program from end to end. You will also be responsible for building and driving candidate pipelines, holding virtual and in-person recruiting events, and attending careers fairs. You will collaborate closely with the existing Recruiting team to develop best interview practices, and continue to drive our DEI initiatives and partnerships.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of successfully building Early Career Programs from scratch, has a data-driven approach, builds trust with key stakeholders, and is a humble collaborator with leaders and peers. This candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is willing to roll up their sleeves, is fiercely passionate about DEI, and strives to make a difference.
Responsibilities:
- The Emerging Talent and University program at GoodRx will be heavily focused on DEI. You will be responsible for identifying a DEI strategy and maintaining existing partnerships
- Work closely with Recruiting Leadership and Businesses to build ideal candidate profiles, lead interview training specifically for early career, and design a Hiring Manager training.
- Establish metrics to measure the program’s success, provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements.
- Partner with Finance and key stakeholders to manage headcount and budget planning
- Accountable for FLC Early Career Recruiting from pipeline generation to closing
- Design a summer program, including planning social events, lunch and learns fireside chats, and other events that will lead to a positive, impactful experience
- Develop expectations for hiring managers around project identification, performance reviews, and intern engagement
- Design, manage and execute the intern experience from onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Responsible for employe brand on campus and creating branding materials
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Life Cycle University, Early Career or Emerging Talent Recruiter with a focus on Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in growing, managing, and scaling recruiting teams and programs
- Experience in building, driving, and executing Early Career Programs from beginning to end
- Proficient in recruiting fundamentals; sourcing, negotiating offers, and candidate management through the hiring process
- Understands the complexity of Early Career recruiting, timelines, and competitiveness of this space
- Outstanding project management and ability to bring an idea from conception to execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive consensus across key stakeholders
- Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to influence change programmatically
- Ability to work independently as all as interact and communicate with all organizational levels
- Solid sense of initiative, ownership, and comfortable navigating an ambiguity
- Tact, discretion, and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
