The Team:
The Recruiting team at Datadog is responsible for scaling the growth of our company size. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership teams as we partner with our business leaders on scaling with top talent. You will have the opportunity to shape, mold, and impact how fast we grow, the way we’re viewed, and the candidate experience.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Recruiting Enablement Manager to join this new team at Datadog and help support our Business Recruiting team’s growth and success as we scale. You will help our recruiting organization win talent through excellent candidate experience and attraction, while increasing recruiting process productivity and efficiency. You will build and lead critical programs within recruiter onboarding and training that will enhance recruiting performance and efficiency. This role is critical to the expansion and deployment of organization-wide initiatives as we rapidly scale. You’ll work across our global sites to ensure recruiters are equipped with the knowledge they need to be successful in helping Datadog scale. Working closely with our tech operations and programs team, you'll collaborate with both business and tech recruiting worlds, and will report to the Senior Manager of Programs and Enablement.
You Will:
Be an advocate, voice, and champion for necessary development areas and gaps across the business recruiting team
Partner with business recruiting leadership to develop launch and facilitate relevant and engaging training curriculums that carry across a variety of topics in the recruiting lifecycle, including new hire onboarding
Work with business stakeholders to understand business recruiting priorities, gaps and challenges, to help lead teams towards strong collaboration and execution
Work with our recruiting managers to build out a sourcer development program to provide best in class training to help us develop sourcers and recruiters from non-traditional recruiting backgrounds
Leverage internal data, industry best practices, and human behavior research in solution design
Consistently brainstorm ways we can improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our programming and communications strategy (e.g., content refreshes, opportunities to automate, etc.)
You Are:
Someone with at least 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Development, Enablement or a related field
Skilled in relationship management with an ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
Able to influence others and move leaders toward a common vision or goal
Able to methodically break complex problems into smaller pieces and design solutions
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Comfortable presenting and facilitating in both in-person and virtual environments
Experienced in building, scaling and leading large scale or cross-functional initiatives and programs (such as onboarding or training programs)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
