How will this role have an impact?

The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for candidates in the pre employment process. The core functions of  this role will include: Processing offers, sending documents through Docusign, making notes and scheduling interviews in the ATS, processing and monitoring background checks, and entering new hires into the HR system.

What will you do?

  • Manage high volume pre-hire and new hire activities including offer letters, background checks, new hire IT tickets, entry into HRIS and I-9 completion
  • Manage candidate/new hire files to ensure accuracy, compliance and confidentiality
  • Schedule phone, video, and face-to-face interviews for hiring teams
  • Seamlessly guide new hires through a high-quality and engaging on-boarding experience
  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates as needed
  • Greet candidates and help coordinate interview process
  • Efficiently prioritize workload to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of Corporate administrative experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination preferred.
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working as part of a team to accomplish a shared objective.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
  • Proactive problem solver, adaptable, flexible, and must have superior customer service skills.
  • Multi-task effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to operate with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with confidential issues and/or information
  • Experience using Google Calendar is a plus
  • Passion for outstanding customer service
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
