Please review the following job description:

Provides support in the administration of talent acquisition processes including: coordinating complex interview schedules with interviewers and candidates, making complex travel arrangements, and compiling metrics. Accountable for ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting the Truist brand in the market and with external candidates

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Provide high-touch support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers through coordination of video and in-person interviews
2. Initiate and coordinate complex travel scheduling and candidate travel reimbursements
3. Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
4. Follow developed HRC processes and provide feedback as processes evolve
5. Participate in special hiring initiatives in Talent Acquisition and HR
6. Participate in HRC team meetings and Recruiter meetings for more integrated partnerships.
7. Perform administrative support and general office duties that may include requisitioning supplies, submitting IT requests, and mail distribution as well as maintain office equipment.
8. Efficiently execute daily time-sensitive tasks and requests in addition to maintaining ongoing projects and processes in a timely and proficient manner.
9. Handle highly sensitive data and ensure confidentiality of material, correspondence and data.

Required Qualifications:

1. HR education, training and work-related experience
2. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Banking, or a related field
3. Ability to provide superior service including clear, effective, and timely communication to internal and external clients
4. Proficient with multiple computer applications
5. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
6. Understands and respects sensitive and confidential information
7. Possesses strong time management and organizational skills with attentiveness to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with HR technology: Workday Recruit, Workday, and Video Interviewing platforms.
2. Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
Minimal and up to 10%
