About Your Role: 


Sendoso is NOT slowing down, and we’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support this exciting growth. We’re looking for a hungry RC that will bring innovation and passion every day. The Recruiting Coordinator will contribute to our overall recruiting success by providing a high level of customer service throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates will be customer service and team-oriented, and willing to do what is necessary to provide an exceptional candidate experience to all who apply for our open positions. In this position, you will play a critical role in helping us bring in the best candidates possible, which is key to our growth and success as a company.

Who You Are:

  • Able to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Must be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excessive attention to detail with a can-do attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • You will come up with creative and fun ideas to further attract candidates to join our amazing Sendoso team!

Your Typical Day:

  • Ensure all candidates have a world class interview experience from start to finish
  • Schedule a high volume of phone, virtual onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
  • Serve as point of contact for hiring managers and interviewers regarding candidate interview schedules and rescheduling of interviews
  • Facilitate onsite interviews and ensuring that schedules are being kept on time
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System, Lever
  • Support the recruiting team with special projects

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a talent or recruiting environment with a background in administrative work

Bonus Points If...

  • Experience working in an ATS - Lever experience preferred
  • Experience in G-Suite preferred
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus
