At connectRN, the People & Talent function is focused on creating an amazing employee experience. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will sit at the intersection of recruiting and operations and have the opportunity to learn the ropes of both. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide general operational support for recruitment team such as interview scheduling as well as sourcing new candidates.

You will...

  • Provide a high quality candidate experience for those interviewing for a role from promptly scheduling interviews to escorting guests around the office (post-pandemic)
  • Source potential candidates for open roles via Seek Out (We'll teach you!)
  • Assist in keeping our employer branding up-to-date across various platforms and posting open jobs
  • Organize logistics for both online and in person recruiting events

You have...

  • Desire to grow your career in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience utilizing Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Slack preferred (not required)
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Impeccable customer service and empathy
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and drive to get stuff done
