The Role
We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator who will also help manage additional Recruiting projects. In this role, you will support all coordination efforts across the org, and assist in tool management and process creation. Your charter is to provide a seamless and delightful candidate experience to our future team members. You'll be a Digit brand ambassador, build strong working relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, the broader team, and jump in to take on projects to help us continuously increase efficiency. This role is based in San Francisco and reports to our Recruiting Operations Manager.
Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:

  • Proactively manage all coordination and logistics of interview scheduling for all interview stages across all teams.
  • Own creation and utilization of all candidate communications, including proactive template management
  • Ensure a delightful experience for all candidates.
  • Assist in note-taking and management of candidate debriefs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize process and partner with team to carry out improvements that center scalability

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

  • You have 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting, HR, Office Management, Admin or Customer Service-related role.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in making sure everything goes according to plan.
  • You have a candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible experiences for every person we interact with.
  • You are a problem solver - you can fix an issue in a pinch and know when to escalate and to whom to escalate to.
  • You have strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • You are energetic and outgoing, and have a knack for building and maintaining working relationships.
  • You like juggling multiple projects every day, and interacting with people in multiple formats, including phone, email, and face-to-face.
