Recruiting Coordinator
Key Role:
Perform as a key member of an internal team and provide full life cycle administrative support for the interview portion of the candidate life cycle. Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, virtual Webcam interviews, and escorting of onsite candidates. Provide high-touch support for candidates and hiring and career managers, to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all parties involved. Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, ensuring all required actions are completed in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations. Use standard policies , procedures and practical application of the general and te chn ical aspects of the job to complete assignments. Work under general supervision and serve as informal lead for junior teammates. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience with general Internet applications and Micro sof t Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to greet new hires on day one of orientation in person or virtually if starting remotely
- Ability to retain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds and proprietary information
- Asso cia te's degree
