Individual will be a member of Cognizant's NA Talent Acquisition team with a dual reporting to the Recruiting Coordinator Lead. The right candidate will be able to partner effectively with a team of recruiters and provide professional support during the recruitment lifecycle,
Including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, processing offer letters, and finalizing paperwork. Strong organization and prioritization skills are a must. The
Right candidate is a true "team-player" - and can successfully work within a larger team of coordinators spread across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide coordination support to recruiters virtually
  • Use of customized Taleo interface to manage candidate data and generate
    high volumes of offer letters ensuring accuracy of offer letter prior to sending to candidate
  • Review new hire paperwork for discrepancies, contact new hires to resolve any paperwork issues
  • Ensure accurate communication and scheduling of phone interviews
  • Back up other coordinators across multiple countries as needed

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of total work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator position supporting Recruiting or HR departments.
  • Experience liaising with executive level candidates desired.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with experience in Office 365 a plus
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Taleo a plus
  • Experience in a multi-national company or environment desired
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong people and relationship-management skills; team player with ability to collaborate with individuals from all backgrounds
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment Highly self-motivated & driven with ability to work independently
  • Team player and ability to collaborate with individuals from all backgrounds
