Recruiting Coordinator - Contract
84.51° seeks a recruiting coordinator to assist with fall university recruiting. This role is to cover employee leaves and expected to last 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Organizing interviews (phone, campus and on-site) with candidates and booking travel as needed, assisting with calibrations after final round interviews
- Managing candidate pipeline using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with the hiring and on-boarding process for University Programs, including but not limited to creating offer letters, maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday.
- Collaborating and assisting University Team Leads with planning and execution of campus events as needed
Required experience:
- Prior experience supporting recruiting operations to include interview scheduling and coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Excellent attention to detail
