Education

High School / GED required, Bachelor's preferred

Job Responsibilities

Extensive experience aggressively sourcing top talent.

Continuously driving to achieve a high level of Aetna- specific business acumen across various organizations.

Continuously adding to an established network of contacts and a strong understanding of the community within each particular organization.

An expert with phone screening, who is also a persuasive interviewer, having practice in various interview techniques.

A brilliant communicator versed in creative sourcing strategies, specifically targeted to the passive candidate.

Proficiency with research and sourcing through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, name generation research and networking

Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns that will target the top talent in the industry.

Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally in written from, and timeliness.

Partners with multiple business areas and business partners to drive new talent/candidate initiatives, processes, procedures and the tracking of such efforts, reporting results back to management for review and further implementation.

Experience

• 5 plus years of progressive diversity & inclusion and/or talent acquisition experience with demonstrated experience integrating diversity & inclusion and understanding of unconscious bias into the recruiting process
