MISSION

As a Recruiter at SwagUp, you’ll wear many hats and be committed to our employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. SwagUp is rapidly growing, with no plans of slowing down anytime soon! Our best asset is our people, and we need someone who is dedicated to sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to ensure a positive, supportive, and thriving experience.

You’ll be a part of a small, but mighty team committed to big results. As we build our People team, you will be responsible for helping SwagUp build and scale our Talent infrastructure, programs, and processes for our corporate departments.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment for entry and mid-level roles, from posting job ads, screening applicants, sourcing passive talent, interviewing, offering, and partnering with HR to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
  • Screen and track candidates maintaining proper documentation through our ATS ensuring they meet the requirements for open vacancies, get moved through different stages and details on the process are recorded accurately.
  • Continuously network with universities, schools, and professional organizations to build partnerships to attract top talent
  • Provide in-house training workshops for hiring managers on the tools and processes we use for hiring.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Recruiter, preferably in a startup environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and taking on a variety of tasks and challenges
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and the business
  • “Can do” attitude; ambiguity should not stump you

  • Become the go-to point of contact for all applicants, ensuring communication and making sure their experience is ensuring a positive, engaging experience
