What does a great Recruiter do?

As a Recruiter, you will utilize your skills to drive recruiting for many positions across the Fiserv enterprise. You'll work as part of a high-performing, collaborative Talent Acquisition team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills and a proactive approach to recruiting. You'll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies. You will develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and a strong pipeline of candidates to advance the Fiserv brand.

As a Recruiter, you can look forward to:• Serve as primary contact for the full life-cycle recruitment of a variety of positions across multiple functions and locations.• Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation.• Provide consultative approach when working with hiring managers and HRBPs.• Meet or exceed performance metrics.• Maintain robust candidate pipeline, and place strong focus on the candidate experience.• Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, and HRBPs.• Assess recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities and participate in / lead enterprise improvement initiatives.
You're the kind of person who:• Must be able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback.• Must be reasonably tech-savvy and possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.• Must have experience handling confidential information discreetly.• Ability to establish and maintain credibility with corporate executives and management.• Excellent project management & communications skills.• Strong negotiation skills.

Basic qualifications for consideration:• 5+ years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.• History of successful interaction with senior-level business executives.• Experience with process improvement tools, SLAs and recruiting metrics.• Knowledge in all phases of full life-cycle recruiting.• Experience using an ATS (Workday).• Experience adhering to OFCCP laws.• Experience recruiting a broad range of complex positions, including highly technical roles.

Preferred qualifications for consideration:• Agency experience strongly preferred.• Ability to travel as required.
