Recruiter
System1 is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our in-house team. This Recruiter will recruit for multiple business verticals. The right person for this role will advise on hiring requirements, source and review the candidate pipeline, and assist in hiring.

The Role You Will Have
- Source candidates and own the hiring process end-to-end
- Screen and evaluate resumes and credentials
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Be the first point of contact with candidates and conduct first screen calls
- Own the scheduling process for candidates from initial screen to hire
- Understand business needs and manage priorities effectively
- Adjust quickly to changes in hiring priorities or candidate criteria
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Create a best-in-class experience for all candidates and adhere to the highest standards of detail
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter working on a variety of roles, including technical
- Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter required
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, related field, or equivalent in years of experience
- Experience in a startup environment
- Strong knowledge of applicable sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience with Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
