About the Position

Assurance is growing quickly, and we need highly productive full-cycle recruiters to join our team. We’ll expect this person to be highly self-sufficient, able to get a lot done with little direction. You should feel excited and strive in hyper-growth environment, be eager to learn quickly, and have a mind that's always seeking opportunities for efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Experience for recruiting for high-volume roles (20+ hires/month).
  • Exceptional ability to work self-sufficiently.
  • A passion for full-cycle recruiting, from source to close.
  • Exceptional diplomacy and communication skills for working with internal business partners.
  • Data-driven approach to your work - metrics keep you focused and motivated.
  • Ability to conduct screens and capture comprehensive notes.
  • Comfort in modern applicant tracking systems.
  • Flexibility and comfort with change in a rapidly growing organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience in sales, outbound roles, and high volume along with a proven history of ATS onboarding experience.

In addition, the following is highly desired:

  • Experience recruiting insurance agents
  • Experience recruiting proven sales agents.
  • Passion for operating in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Pride and passion around the craft of sourcing.
