About the Role
As a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will report to the Talent Director. You'll partner closely with Hiring Managers to help us grow WalkMe as you provide a positive interview experience for our Candidates and our Teams.
What You'll Own
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts as a trusted partner to your Hiring Teams to bring new hires into WalkMe
- Troubleshoot issues as they come up and use your experience to create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels and use your skills to create a slate of qualified candidates for all roles
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to track candidates from start to finish
- Manage 7 to 12 requisitions for a variety of roles in areas such as Customer Support, Sales Operations, and Sales.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment - Established relationships with SaaS Sales candidates a real plus
- A passion for connecting great talent with excellent opportunities
- Commitment to providing a world class interviewing experience based on respect and transparency
- Commitment to using recruitment tools to increase effectiveness. Lever, our ATS, is our source of truth
